Change of FoW Bank Account

We have had to change our bank account with Barclays from a ‘business’ account to a ‘charity’ account (as we are a registered charity). This means that some of our Friends will need to take some action to ensure that, in future, their annual membership payment is made to our new bank account rather than the old one.

For those Friends who pay with Direct Debit, we have been able to amend the bank account details without any need for their involvement. However, some Friends pay by Standing Order, and we cannot make the required changes on their behalf. Therefore, we will be writing to them individually to ask that they either change to a Direct Debit or that they cancel their current Standing Order and set up a new one.
